Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Lead Times

Made-to-Order Items (Sofas): These have extended lead times (e.g., 6-12 weeks). You will receive updates throughout the production process.

In-Stock Items: Ship within the timeframe indicated on the product page.
2. Shipping & Delivery Services

Method: Large items ship via specialized freight with white-glove delivery service.

Service Includes: Delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, basic assembly (e.g., attaching sofa legs), placement, and removal of packing materials.

Service Excludes: Removal of old furniture, hooking up appliances, or complex installation.
3. Delivery Process

The delivery company will contact you to schedule a 4-hour delivery window.

An adult must be present to accept and inspect the delivery.

You must inspect items for visible damage at the time of delivery and note any concerns on the driver's paperwork.
4. Shipping Damages & Claims
For concealed damages discovered after delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We will manage the claim process with the carrier. Do not dispose of any packaging.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
For made-to-order items (sofas), changes or cancellations are only possible within 24-48 hours of placing the order, before production begins. Once in production, the order cannot be changed or canceled. For in-stock items, standard cancellation policies apply.
