Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new living space. Due to the custom nature and size of our products, please review this policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window & Condition

  • Carpets & Decorative Paintings: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, and original packaging.

  • Modern Sofas: Due to their size and custom order nature, sofas are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. We strongly recommend reviewing fabric samples and dimensions before purchasing.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Modern Sofas (except as noted for damage/defects).

  • Any item that has been used, installed, altered, or shows signs of wear (including unrolled carpets or hung paintings).

  • Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items.

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

3. Return Process for Eligible Items

  • To Initiate: Contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA are not accepted.

  • Shipping & Costs: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are substantial for large rugs. You must arrange and pay for return freight.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns of carpets and paintings.

  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or style are handled as a return and a new purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. For freight/white-glove deliveries, note any damage on the delivery paperwork before signing.

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging.

  3. Do not discard any packaging.
    We will arrange an inspection and resolve the issue promptly, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
